If a file did not convert correctly, it helps a lot to include: which converter page you used, the error message or what looked wrong, and, if the data is not confidential, the file itself. Files up to 20 MB are supported today; larger files are on the roadmap.

Before you write

Shapefile input needs the .shp, .dbf and .shx files together, either in one ZIP or selected at the same time. Include the .prj so the projection is known.
CSV and Excel files need latitude and longitude columns, or a WKT column. If they are not detected, a column picker appears under the drop zone.
Nothing you convert is sent to us, so we cannot see your file unless you attach it to your email.
